Easier Ordering for All-Digital Customers

One of the most common questions we receive is about the 50% off sheet prints when purchasing the All Digital Download.

Previously, a coupon code had to be applied manually.

Now, the system automatically recognizes when you have purchased the All Digital Download and the 50% discount on sheet prints will appear automatically when you add them to your order.

No coupon codes are needed.

Text & Email Notifications

We know parents are busy and email sometimes gets missed.

To help make sure you receive important information, we are introducing text message notifications in addition to email notifications.

You may receive notifications for things such as:

• Gallery access

Parents can choose whether to receive these notifications, and standard messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier.

Security, Privacy Policy & Terms Updates

Recently there has been increased discussion in the photography industry regarding image security and privacy.

Because of this, we reviewed and updated our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions as of the beginning of March to ensure we continue protecting the families we work with.

Screenshot Deterrent

Our website now employs additional image protection measures from our web host, including a screenshot deterrent.

This feature helps protect images from being copied or shared without authorization.

When browsing the gallery, preview images may appear blurred. When you click on a photo, the system will only reveal half of the image at a time. You will see options to Reveal Upper or Reveal Lower, allowing you to toggle between the two halves in order to view the entire picture.

While this extra step can sometimes be a little inconvenient when browsing, it helps protect the images of the athletes and students we photograph.

Stronger Data Protection

We have strengthened policies related to:

• Protection of personal information
• Use of contact information
• Communication permissions for email and text notifications
• Secure handling of gallery access

Clearer Terms for Orders

Our updated Terms & Conditions also clarify several important points regarding orders.

All photo products are custom-made, and orders should be reviewed carefully before checkout. Refunds are only available for verified errors or approved full-package returns with prior authorization.

Welcome to Stop Time Photography. By accessing our website, creating an account, viewing galleries, pre-registering, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website and Galleries

Our website and online galleries are provided for personal viewing and purchasing of photographs. Gallery access is secured through passcodes and is intended only for authorized users.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to galleries, share passcodes with unauthorized individuals, or interfere with the normal operation of the site.

2. Image Viewing, Copying, and Use

All photographs, images, and content displayed on our website and in online galleries are the property of Stop Time Photography and are protected by copyright law.

Images may not be:

• Screenshotted
• Downloaded
• Copied
• Altered
• Shared

without purchasing the appropriate digital rights or receiving written permission from Stop Time Photography.

Our website utilizes features intended to deter unauthorized copying of images. Any attempt to bypass these protections is prohibited.

3. Orders, Payment, and Fulfillment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payments are processed securely through Square.
• Production timelines may vary depending on product type, order volume, and season.
• Most orders are fulfilled in-house. Specialty products such as banners, plaques, big heads, and other large-format items may be produced by professional third-party labs.
• Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified.

4. Custom Products and Proofing

Photography products are custom-made. Customers are responsible for reviewing image selections, cropping, product choices, and order details before completing checkout.

Due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes, minor variations in color or cropping may occur and do not constitute product defects.

5. Refunds, Reprints, and Returns

Because photography products are custom-made:

• All sales are final once an order is placed.
• Refunds may be processed only if the entire package is returned in its original condition and with prior authorization from Stop Time Photography.

Refunds are not provided for reasons such as:

• Personal preference
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong image or product
• Failure to review selections before checkout

Stop Time Photography will gladly assist with the following situations:

Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery and provide photos of the damage. A replacement may be issued.

Production Errors
If your order contains a verified printing or fulfillment error (such as an incorrect image or defective print), we will offer a reprint or replacement.

Shipping Issues
Stop Time Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in filing claims when applicable.

All refund, reprint, or replacement decisions are made at the discretion of Stop Time Photography after verifying the issue.

6. Digital Products

Digital image purchases grant a personal-use license only unless otherwise specified in writing.

Digital images may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Stop Time Photography.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

By providing your mobile phone number when creating an account, pre-registering, or placing an order, you consent to receive text messages from Stop Time Photography related to your photography services.

How to select your Pre-Ordered items

You have already pre-ordered your items (packages, a la carte, or downloads) and you have received an email or envelope with your passcode and link on it. Below are the steps for you to take to be able to fulfill your items with photos.

1. Visit our website:
   https://www.stoptimephotography.com
2. Log in to your account:
   • Click "Client Login" under the “Clients” tab.
   • Enter the email and password you used when placing your order.
   • If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
3. Access your gallery:
   • After logging in, click on "Find My Photos".
   • Enter your gallery passcode
   • You will see blurred out pictures, don't worry it is the screenshot deterrent working. Just click on an image and you can toggle the Reveal Upper and Reveal Lower to get an idea of your picture.
4. Select your photo(s):
   • Scroll down to find your pre-ordered item(s) listed.
   • Click on the item and follow the prompts to choose the image(s) you want for each product.
   • Be sure to save or confirm your selections at the end.

If you experience any issues or would prefer for us to select the photos for you, simply email us the image numbers you'd like, and we’ll take care of the rest!
